2016: Banana Soup (Wikihow.com 11/16/2016)

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. flour
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 can peeled tomatoes
  • 3 cubes beef bouillon
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley


Directions
# Let the butter melt in a pan, but don't allow the butter to color
# Add the flour and stir smoothly
# Add the peeled tomatoes and the peeled bananas in slices with the roux. Stir well and let it heat for 1 minute
# Add 2 quarts of water.
# Close the pan and let the soup cook softly for about 10 minutes
# Add the beef bouillon and season it
# Mix the soup.
# Add before serving the soup the cream and chopped parsley
